With a great range of classes, you’re bound to find the best style for you. All of our classes are available for all levels, from beginner right the way through to advanced.

Small Group / Individual PT sessions

If your looking for a more personalised fitness routine then our small group sessions on a Monday or Thursday morning (09:00 – 12:30) with Rian are perfect. 

Available sessions:

• 1 – 1 = £25 for an hours session

• 2 – 1 = £20* (per person) for an hours session

• 3 – 1 = £15* (per person) for an hours session 

*Group sessions must be fully booked in one transaction, 2 – 1 will appear as £40 per session and 3 – 1 will appear as £45 per session when booking.

Having worked in the spa and wellness industry for more than 25 years both in the UK and overseas, the connection between mind and body and integrated personalised wellness has been a focus throughout Angela’s career. After practicing yoga for 15 years, Angela travelled to India to undertake a 560hrs of Yoga Teacher Training. Inspired by the benefits that yoga has brought to her own life, Angela aims to make the therapeutic benefits of yoga accessible to all with Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions.



Clare is a level 3 pilates instructor. Clare's passion for pilates shines through in her teaching style, she instructs both power and classic pilates at Studio 50.



Rian runs PT sessions here at Studio 50. Focussing on building muscle definition and weight loss his classes will certainly get your sweat on.
