Qualified through the Yoga University in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga, and with an interest in Yin style yoga. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. I help people to increase mobility and develop body awareness through yoga and wellness practices.

Personal Trainer

Nicola teaches her fabulous Hatha yoga classes here at Studio 50. She is a Himalaya Yoga Valley Graduate & Aerial Yoga Instructor. Her knowledge and expertise shines through all of her classes.


Hatha Yoga

Having worked in the spa and wellness industry for more than 25 years both in the UK and overseas, the connection between mind and body and integrated personalised wellness has been a focus throughout Angela’s career. After practicing yoga for 15 years, Angela travelled to India to undertake a 560hrs of Yoga Teacher Training. Inspired by the benefits that yoga has brought to her own life, Angela aims to make the therapeutic benefits of yoga accessible to all with Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions.


Yin Yoga

Clare is a level 3 pilates instructor. Clare's passion for pilates shines through in her teaching style, she instructs both power and classic pilates at Studio 50.



Zoe instructors the fantastic Yoga Trpeze classes here at Studio 50. These classes are fantastic for letting go of the daily stress getting back in touch with your body.
