Nicola teaches her fabulous Hatha yoga classes here at Studio 50. She is a Himalaya Yoga Valley Graduate & Aerial Yoga Instructor. Her knowledge and expertise shines through all of her classes.


Hatha Yoga

Having worked in the spa and wellness industry for more than 25 years both in the UK and overseas, the connection between mind and body and integrated personalised wellness has been a focus throughout Angela’s career. After practicing yoga for 15 years, Angela travelled to India to undertake a 560hrs of Yoga Teacher Training. Inspired by the benefits that yoga has brought to her own life, Angela aims to make the therapeutic benefits of yoga accessible to all with Yoga Therapy, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions. Angela is also qualified in deep muscle massage, oncology massage, pregnancy massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki and beauty therapy.


Yin Yoga

Isabelle teaches our evening Restorative Yoga classes. Perfect for yogies of any level, these classes are the perfectwind down near the end of the week.



Katy teaches our Vinyasa Yoga classes here at studio 50. She is currently studying her level 3 diploma in nutrition and sports massage.
